Dedicated.

Firstly, apologies for all the overly personal posts lately. Although I understand and appreciate that there is a world beyond my own, I'm kind of caught up in the crazy of summer and loving just being with my amazing friends and revelling in the greatness of the kiwi summer.


This post is dedicated to my beautiful friends Georgia and Sutherland, because they inspire me every day! We have many in-jokes and token songs, but we're close because we're better people when we're together. True story. And I learn lots from them, like things about type faces (Georgia's new obsession), fashion, organization, FITNESS, nail colours, new songs and life lessons. Not knowing much myself about typefaces, I decided to avoid this completely, and
instead have compiled pictures and cool-looking (but probably totally type-incorrect) words that best represent how awesome you are.

Roadtrips

Pretty much the best thing ever. Especially with amazing music and great friends and beautiful weather. Lizzie, Shell and Dash you're amazing and I had the best weekend ever, even if I did a typical Amy and bailed early.

Nailing it.

Crazy nail polish makes everything seem cooler and more beautiful and crazier. My current favourites are a wicked mint green, a bright purple and a browny grey odd colour that looks much cooler than it sounds. However, I stole a turquoise over the Christmas/NewYears period, and couldnt resist snapping a picture of how ridiculous it looked next to all my gypsey bracelets (one from every city I visited. . . and no doubt my time in Europe will influence my next several posts).

Hopefully Lizzie and I will be back on board now that our lives are resembling normality a little more. . . but no promises. Summer is all about last minute roadtrips and staying out all night. So if we're not posting, that's probably because we're out LIVING.

Okay so maybe it was just me but I found this show highly exciting. I wouldn't buy any of this myself, but I was mega impressed with the show and styling. Clothes aside, I'm in love with the shopping bag! And the dog was pretty cute.

Summer Days

Weeeeee! Summer is starting to kick off, beaaaautiful days, barbecues and all my friends finally back. But also Amy leaving... silly girl. However, this meant we were able to raid her wardrobe last night and steal pretty much everything in it for the summer. Waiting for your European Winter counterpart post Amy, have a safe flight and I will miss you! And as for everyone else, get off the internet and enjoy your sunny happy holidays!

very very very slack on the posting front. blame shift to exams and assignments and rehearsals. but we'll get back into the groove soon.





but come tomorrow, when I finish exams, this is what I plan to be doing. except probably reading and not writing. =)
